We want you to have access to turning off the data on the iPhone 4. You can turn off all data on your daughters phone from Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data "off". You can also limit the data on the device by signing up for our FamilyBase services. Check out the details here... http://vz.to/1dJRZEC
