I ordered my device in late March, 2014 and was told that I would receive a $200 Visa gift card. To date, I have only received a $100 gift card and I know that I cannot be alone in this problem. Despite making three phone calls and even being given a so-called, "ticket number" by one rep., I was told on 5/27/14, that there was no indication in my record that I had called with my concerns and complaint about not receiving the Visa card. I told the rep the "ticket number" that had been given to me and she told me that a ticket number was part of some internal procedure. I then asked her if I had not called about the issue then how did I get a ticket number? She then told me that my case would be sent to the "escalation dept.", whatever that is. I am starting to believe that this is some kind of scam being perpetrated upon customers to draw them into these 2 yr. contracts. If anyone reading this has had or is having this problem now, please respond.
