I've been a customer for 12 years on the same data plan today I'm being told I can't keep my unlimited data by verizon this is how they treat loyal customers
I returned the phone and now have my unlimited data back
Verizon wireless just won't take it away willy nilly.
If you bought a new device at less than full price, if you added phones to your account, if you changed your plan on your own.
Many gotchas. And you are not giving any information as to what transpired.
Good Luck
I upgraded a phone next thing I know I'm getting messages I'm reaching my data when I upgraded there was no talk of changing my plan they did it on there own you must work for them ir something
Spare me. You know I am not Verizon wireless. Do you see a Verizon Avitar next to my name. Do you think "Elector" is my real name?
You personally opted for a reduced price device. Either you were not told you would lose unlimited data, or you were told and just did not grasp the conversation? In any case your action set in motion the loss of unlimited data.
This loss has been posted all over the net, on news media and has been this way for quite sometime.
Unfortunate, you did not research prior to getting your new device.
As already mentioned, your unlimited is gone, and you won't get it back. Verizon executives would rather die than give you unlimited data back.
