Is Verizon Wireless serious with this customer care? Getting switched back and forth like a rag doll trying to get my service disconnected!!! I DONT WANT SERVICE FROM YOU GUYS!!

OMG Are they joking? they need to fix their customer service technique! wow unreal. I cant believe what I'm dealing with just to disconnect my service. I will never recommend service from them, I will be loud and clear on every social site I know, everyone should do the same
