questions about unlocking an iphone in the middle east

I will be living in the Middle East and want to use my iPhone 4 as my primary phone but cannot since it is locked. My question is three-fold: a) How do I unlock my phone? b) Will it then be able to host another SIM? c) How much does the penalty fee cost for breaching a contract?

Hi there, shroyer42581! We can certainly address all of your concerns surrounding using the device globally. The iPhone 4 model is actually CDMA only and cannot be used globally. This device does not take a sim card to be used; therefore, we are unable to unlock it.
