I live in area code 45410- I get the message that network is not available. I am in service area, I have shut off phone removed and replaced sim card, turned phone back on. Still not able to make or receive calls. Please help!

Make sure you have not shut off your Mobile Data. Depending on the device there are different ways to get to the switch, but it would be under Settings from the home screen
