I have been woth verizon for years and after breaking my iphone 4s, I was forced to upgrade my account for a new phone. After being reassured countless time that i would not go over the 4gb data usage, I do every month. I feel as though I was scammed and verizon could care less about me as a customer. After this contract is up I will be switching providers. I should've went to AT&T a long time ago.
