Ok ... I have the exact same problem ..good final strength,no dropped calls, replaced home phone connect and phone..I can always make outgoing calls .. I lose ability to receive calls one to several times per day .. Tech told me to dial *73 this fixes problem temporarily sometime an hour to a day .. I submitted many trouble tickets .. They come back variable signal strength .. But this isn't the case .. Both cell and hpc always good ..it is frustrating .. It seems to be a common problem with no solution ..competing provider tower?..verizon needs to take this problem seriously ...it used to work and now it doesn't.. I will keep trying until they fix it or tell me a logical reason why.
