I do not have an unlocked phone and I am looking to avoid the crazy high prices Verizon charges for international data roaming. My question is if it is possible to buy a nano SIM card in Iceland and be able to surf the web and check email. I'm not looking to make calls or text, just use data... is this possible with a locked phone? And will I not be charged any fees from Verizon?
