This is the second time this has happened in Zip 89451. Had an incoming call, couldn't answer went to voicemail. I see it in my visual voicemail list but I can't play it. The 'Play' button is grayed out.
I had to dial *86 last month for the same reason.
It's like the voicemail was never downloaded to the phone. This is on iOS 7.1.2, and even though our coverage is a joke, I had some 3G because the phone rang. When I have only 1x calls go straight to voicemail.
Why would the network not download a specific voicemail? All my to.her voicemails download, but this is the second time this happened.
