I thought there was a 30 day warranty on phones?
The phone should have a 1year Manufacture's Warranty, But as for returning it to the store if needed for any issue as Klue pointed out you have 14 Days to make an exchange..
A thirty day warranty to do what? Verizon gives you a 14 day period to return the phone for any reason.
Phones have a 1 year mfg warranty, or a 14-day worry free satisfaction guarentee from Vzn.
you have 14 days to return or exchange it. you have a one year warranty which covers manufacturer defects. if something has happened to it by your fault, then you would need insurance to replace it, which you "might" still be able to add to it. if that's the case, then see if you can still add insurance to it, and then immediately file a claim.
