I placed an order 3/6 around midnight and received confirmation 3/7 at 225 am. I checked my order status every day until yesterday 3/11 and I started a chat that was not very helpful all he kept telling me was to call customer care so I did and finally received an email saying I didn't have to pay a deposit then 20 mins later I get another email saying I must pay a 400$ deposit! This is after they tell me that i didnt submit a credit check! ???how is that even possible?!? So I have been chatting, emailing and calling all day trying to figure out what to do. I finally called customer care back and she told me that she couldn't find my order by name, order number, or my SS#! Wow! She told me they were telesales anyway and couldn't help with an online order. What?!? She tells me to start a chat to figure out what's going on. So here I go again back to chatting and she can't find my order either... OMG!! She tells me I have to redo my order. I'm too mad at this point!! I'm going to redo the order I just don't know when.. This has been the worst experience with customer service ever!
