How To Access Backup Assistant Web Page

Question

I am unable to access the Backup Assistant web page.

I am transferring from my old basic phone to a new smartphone.  I run Backup Assistant on the old phone.  Now I want to print and export my contacts from Backup Assistant before I try to transfer them to the new phone.

When I try to login to the Backup Assistant web page, I am redirected to a page to transfer my contacts to Verizon Cloud.  I don't want to try this until I have a copy of the contacts on paper and on my PC, if possible.

How can I get to the Backup Assistant web page to print and export my contacts before I try to transfer them?

Congrats on the new smartphone. We want to make sure the process of transferring your contacts and exporting and printing them out is as easy as possible. Basic Backup Assistant is no longer available. All information is now moved over to the Cloud. When you transfer you contacts over to the Cloud you will still be able to export and print off your contacts from the website. http://vz.to/1yAUW6m
