I CAN no longer access my normal voicemail. Screen says this: "Visual Voicemail is currently unavailable.
CALL VOICEMAIL" I CALL & IT ASKS FOR MY VOICEMAIL PASSWORD -- I NEVER HAD A VOICEMAIL PASSWORD. WHAT TO DO?
You call your own number from another device if you never set up from Verizon you will need to follow the attendant prompts. Your password on first use should be the last 4 digits of your cell number.
After you enter that it will walk you through the setup.
When done anytime you want to retrieve your voice mail via verizon you can dial *86 and the voice will say please enter your pass code
Visual voice mail on Apple phones is through Apple.
