Hi, I recently received my Samsung s5 and I seem to be having issues activating it. I am a new Verizon customer, and when i turn my phone on it says that it asks me to wait till my phone is activated. After about 15-20 minutes the message disappears. I tried dialing #228, but I get a message saying my phone has not been recognized or registered and to call the service provider. Does anyone know what the issue is?
