Do you mean you want to transfer the account ownership to another person? If yes, then you need to complete the Assumption of Liability process to transfer the billing responsibility from you to another person.

If you account is currently in your name you would first need authorize the person to assume the liability of the account. Once transfer is authorized please call 888-832-4540 to finish the process.
