This has been an on-going problem. I have emails from Verizon customer service dating back to December 2012 trying to get this resolved.
As I was told in the last email, I went to a Verizon store in person to change my plan to the deaf/HOH plan of no voice minutes, unlimited texts, and 2gb of data. I was told that the plan change request was submitted and that it should take about 30min to get confirmation of it. However, now 4 days later my plan is still the same basic voice plan with 450 voice minutes.
I am extremely frustrated now. I have no idea what more I need to do to get this resolved. And apparently, I cannot even contact Verizon by email any longer??? I tried the live chat, and no one is available to talk to me. Obviously I cannot call, since that is the whole point of my need to change calling plans. I think it utterly ridiculous to have to create a facebook account to contact my cellphone service provider, I do not use facebook or any other form of social media.
I need some help here. But I have NO way to contact customer service anymore. Clearly Verizon has some very serious issues when it comes to handling disabled customers.
