Why can't I get past the 'connect to itunes' screen?

How do i get past the connect to itunes screen after doing the software update?

gcwilkinson82, sorry to hear it will not let you past that screen. Unfortunately, that does mean that you will need to connect the device to a computer with iTunes to complete the process.
