On Friday, September 26, I found an iPhone 6 64GB phone at Best Buy. I called customer service (#611) and checked on the details of the rebate. I asked if it was possible to buy the phone from Best Buy and get the $200 rebate by sending my old iPhone 4 back in. She told me that it was and that I would need to submit the trade in request online. I did all that, now I am trying to find out if that really is the case or am I out $199 and I can only get $29 for the iPhone 4.
