Happened 2 times in past 2 weeks. Phone is on and won't wake up when i tap the power button. 2nd time I set alarm to wake me up and the alarm didn't go off. I tried to wake the phone by tapping the power button but nothing. Both times I had to pull the battery to get the phone working again. Everything else is fine but this is a big thing if the alarm doesn't work. Any suggestions?
