LG Enact turns itself to silent

My LG Enact turns itself to silent without my touching it and then I miss key calls. This typically happens overnight.

--I'm not turning the sound off by pushing the side of the phone.

--The Quiet mode is not set. Nor the option for silencing the phone during certain house.

--I've tried turning the phone off and on.

Please advise and thanks!

Hello, tb027: Thanks so much for replying to me. The link to that website doesn't work on my computer. If you have a chance, please tell me what the website says (maybe copy and paste).

I can't get to the website that was recommended, so I'm still having problems. I woke up this morning and found that the phone had turned itself to silent although I had made sure that the sounds were on before going to bed.

You may need to factory data reset it. Google fdr LG enact

This also happened to my phone after turning off at night and the Sound off icon did not show either.

In Sound section of Settings try turning off vibration option. This is better than a re-set which will clear all data.

I just turned it off and on and so far so good.
