THe same model iPhone runs on 4G LTE on ATT's network. Can the phone be reconfigured for 4G?
The 4S is not an LTE phone and does not have the hardware to run LTE.
On AT&T, the 4S runs psuedo 4G, which is HSPA+, not LTE. It is faster than 3G GSM and EVDO on Verizon's CDMA side, but it is not LTE. There is no equivalent technology on the Verizon side.
