i need help i drop my cell in the water and it show me no sim i buy a new sim. but the seim it show me no sim . what can i do?

The phone is toast. You shorted something out when you dropped it in water.

You you do not say what phone, but if you can remove the battery , do that. Otherwise make sure it is turned off. Take out the sim. Put the phone in dry rice for 5 days then retry. If you still get the error, the phone is gone. Not covered under warranty, and they will be able to tell you dropped it in water.
