A few days ago my Iphone 5c went black while I was using it. I could not get it come on. Then finally with a black screen the apple logo flashes. Can anyone tell me why?
It is either resetting or updating. If the device went through the full restart and is working now then you are OK to use it.
If it is still on the apple logo you may have to hold the on/off button and the large Home button in the middle at the same time until the little apple shows and then release both buttons. This will refresh your device.
