Will VoLTE calls on iPhone 6 count as regular talk minutes or data usage?

VoLTE voice only calls will count against minutes, not data.

If you use video VoLTE call, the video portion will count against data.

Video cannot currently be used with VoLTE for an iPhone 6/6 Plus -- possibly after a future update.
