I have been trying ro make a payment today on my account. By phone it says cannot be processed and unfortunately we cannot connect you call. I have tried customer service multiple times with the same cannot connect call. I have gone online to pay and on the my verizon app with a message saying that payment cannot be proccessed call customer service. I have tried to make a payment since 9am 9\11\2014.
On a side note this #888-294-0804 is the Verizon customer service that the online payment told me to call. When I called it sounded like a false call. Not sure if this is what you guys normally do but it seems rather shiesty.
