I lost my phone and need the ESN/MEID/IMEI to file a claim. Where can I find it on the Verizon Wireless website?
It is listed on the My Verizon web portal under the photo of your device. Select the device and information is there.
It is also on your receipt under your documents & receipts on my Verizon.
It is also on the box it was in when purchased. Normally on the bar coded sticker.
I as a rule take a photo of my ESN/emeid etc. From my phones and save it. Just in case.
