When outside of the Verizon coverage area, and you enter an EXTENDED or VERIZON EXTENDED coverage area, what features are available other than dial-out? In other words, can you text, message, surf?
Yes, you can do all the above. Data speeds are likely to be reduced, to the point surfing is painful.
