Can I unsync Facebook contacts with the personal contact list on my phone?

Is it possible to unsync my iPhone 5 personal contacts with my Facebook contacts? I really do not need duplicate or strangers info in my contact list.

You can definitely un-sync your contacts from Facebook on your iPhone 5. Just go to settings/Facebook/Contacts/

Look for the section entitled “Allow These Apps to Use Your Account.” Underneath it you should see Calendar, Contacts and Facebook. Slide the Contacts button to the off setting.
