lost ringtones

Did a reset and lost my ringtones for both gmail and the phone. How do I restore them?

The same thing happened to me -- when I look at the VZ site, my ringtones are all there, but I can't figure out how to re-download them. Did you ever get help on this issue?

The problem is, it’s not a NEW phone, it’s the same one I had when I got the tones in the first place. I find them on my media list as active, but have no options to re-download or otherwise access them for use.
