When did "wear and tear" become device abuse? My daughter's Motorola Razor became difficult to impossible to charge. The port used for the charger loosened and did not make good contact. I contacted *611 and was told this was due to abuse and not covered under the extended warranty. Other than the charging port, the device is in perfect condition.
When purchasing the extended warranty I was lead to believe this was exactly the reason I needed to make the purchase.
Verizon, at the very best, is using deceptive practices and, at worst, is engaging in nothing less than criminal fraud.
