Does a motorola droid 3 work with at&t

I am currently an at&t customer, but have in my possession a motorola droid 3. I was wondering whether or not I would be able to use it with an at&t sim card, despite the fact that the phone is a verizon phone. After I put in the sim card in the phone and power it up, a screen appears requesting a "SIM network unlock PIN".

Its carrier locked. Cannot be used unless on the network its locked to.

That's a 3g phone also. No chance of a sim working for domestic use outside of vzw.You should sell then buy att model
