So Sprint is now offering 4 lines with up to 20GB data for $100/month and paying ETFs to switch. We just upgraded two phones and added a line in May and my bill still hasn't settled down. I can't find information anywhere about terminating out verizon edge programs etc. Idealy, I want to know what the total cost will be to leave so I can weigh my options, but alas I can't even find an email address for customer service and every time I try live chat, no one is available (yes I've tried during the day as well). Does anyone have any ideas on who I can talk to. I may just need to make a trip to the store.
