So about a week ago I ordered A charger for my HTC One. A few days later I get an email from VerizonCPT.ConfrmOrder@verizon (or something along those lines) telling me to contact the fraud department at 888-483-7200 to confirm my order. I called and was on the phone for 20 minutes with a nice lady who didn't really explain what was going on but said she got my order back on track and that it'd be here in 48 hours. She also recommended me changing my password and I did so right on the spot. The next day (I get an email saying my order was canceled so I call back and explain, and the lady asks for my name, last 4 digits of my social, etc. etc. Typical stuff. She then puts me on hold and when she returns she starts sounding all demanding asking for my previous address, and my closest family members and stuff and I ask why and she says I had to give that info to release my order. I was like "I don't think so' and hung up. I paid with a credit card and never got a refund and when I logged in to my verizon this morning I checked my order history and it says there have been no orders made in months. WTF
