Why is there such poor coverage in parts of the 21210 zip code? At the place I work, coverage is essentially non-existent - you can't get a text or make a call unless you stand in certain spots, and even then coverage is weak and sporadic. It is a running joke on campus that the only phones that work are on the ATT network - so that's a lot of faculty, parents and kids who cannot use their phones. Is there something that can be done to improve the network there?
