I have been at the local Verizon location twice trying to get off of my family contract with Verizon, so I can be. on my own contract by myself, but Both times they tried helping me nothing happened afterwards. The number that the person gave me the second time I was in the store (a help number), the line said it had a 10 min wait time. I don't understand how this can be so difficult! I was hoping to get a response to help me with this.
