I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 on 9-14. I was told the ship date was to be 10-3 and delivered 10-7. I checked my order status today and no tracking number or order info was available... WTH ?

I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 on 9-14. The shipping date was set for 10-3, delivery date 10-7. I checked my order status today and no tracking or any other info is available on the "check order status" page. What is going on....?
