Invalid MMI code

Hi all,

I purchased Verizon LG G3, the international version

I used my home country SIM card by Orange.

I get "unknown SIM" icon and when dialing *... I get the message "Connection problem or Invalid MMI Code"

The phone works excellent on all other features and in several countries over Europe

Help....

try to get a new SIM card

Already tried it - no success/ same issue with new SIM card.

Unless there is a specific SIM format/configuration I can request the Orange provider to issue, this is not the answer

I tried adding "+" after "*" when dialing numbers such as *151 (I dialed *+151), and this worked

However this can not be a real solution and it also does not remove the "unknown SIM" icon

Can it be because the LG G3 is of unique model to Verizon?
