I can pull up my call logs online for my account, but they do not show calls I have missed (both made and received). How can I get this information without having to trawl through my device logs?

The online list of calls is the billable calls - and missed calls won't show up. The only way I know of is to view the call log on your phone - on mine (Android/smartphone) I can view recent history, and filter by Missed, Received, Dialed, etc) so it's not that hard to see a list of the missed calls.
If you made a call to someone and they didn't answer, it would still show as an outgoing call on your phone - no way to tell by phone logs if you actually talked to someone or left a voicemail (length of the call maybe?) I'm not sure that online logs would be any more convenient or efficient than those on your phone.
