I had a really bad experience with Verizon. I switched phones due to damage and spoke with a customer service rep named Shelly. My sim card slot was stuck and she advised me to return my old phone with it in there and they would send me a new one. Now Verizon tells me they don't make that sim card anymore and I'm basically screwed. I am traveling international and now I can't get a global plan because I don't have a sim card. I guess they'll make higher fees off me since I have no other option. I guess I'll have to try to find a calling card internationally. What should I do now?
