Ordered 2 only got info on 1

I pre-ordered 2 16GB iPhone 6 one silver and one space gray ... I upgraded using Verizon edge so I did order one at a time the space gray being first I have received shipping and tracking information on the silver and nothing other than a confirmation email for the space gray. Is this normal even though they are on same account??
