My iPhone 6 was activated at the Apple store but is now not active on the Verizon network. Verizon Tier 1 tech tried all the basics-remove and reinsert sim card, restore, hard reset etc without success. What do I do now?
Azmike17, congrats on the new phone. We need to get it working. Were you transferred to Tier 2 support. If so, what happened. What was the end result of the call?
