How do I sync my new device with local towers?
If it's a basic phone or 3G smartphone, dial *228, then option 2. If it's a 4G smartphone, turn the phone off, wait a minute or so, and then turn it back on; PRL updates are handled automatically by the SIM card (if the SIM card doesn't update this way, sometimes you have to remove it and then reinsert it; ensure the phone is off first, and don't touch the gold contacts).
