I ordered iPhone 6 plus 128GB on Sept 12 at about 2 am was given a Sep 19 ship date. Then I received an email at 2:23 am with an Oct 7 ship date. Now, when I check the status online, it states: Expected Ship Date: Not available at this time.
I have not received any other emails or updates from Verizon. How do I find the correct shipping date? Is there an email address or telephone number for this information? I am not having any luck searching for information on the Verizon website.
