Camera not working. Keep geting this message, "error please restart camera". Please help.

Neither worked. Problem still occurs in safe mode. I also force quit the app and cleared data and cache...very frustrating. Please help
I don't know if you've tried this or not but have you give Google Camera App a Try it may be long shot but it might work this app is in the Google P. Store..
Droid Maxx Camera error. "restart camera" etc.
Tried so far. Rebooted, rebooted safe mode, cleared cashe, factor reset, downloaded another camera app. All have failed.
What is the solution?
