hi. On September 29, I filled out all the information for trading in my iPhone 5. I have not received the envelope or anything, to send the phone in. I called twice and no one knew anything therefore was never helped. This is my first couple weeks being a Verizon customer after being with tmobile for the last ten years and I'm already regretting the change
