Signal quality with LG Optimus Zone 2

Anyone else have problems with poor signal quality on an LG Optimus Zone 2 phone? I just got this phone two months ago and due to time constraints, I didn't have time to check it out further initially. The signal quality is terrible and I am not getting good solutions from Verizon or LG.

It doesn't look 4g lte to me which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Tried dialing *228 option 2 to update you to vzw network?

I understand how eager you are to have the blazing fast speeds on our 4G LTE network. However, the LG Optimoud Zone 2 is not a 4G LTE phone, only 3G and EVDO technology. You can certainly enjoy 4G LTE on our postpay service http://vz.to/1gR1WiT.

You are nuts. I don't want a sales pitch - I am unhappy spending my

money on a phone with Verizon's name on it that does not have a good

signal even close to a cell tower.

I am not looking for speed - I NEED a reliable connection so I can make

calls and do some texting. I had one with my previous LG Verizon phone.

This "smart" phone is dumber than my old one - it can't make a good

signal connection.

Because Verizon's name is on the box, I thought I was buying a good

phone. I have lost confidence in Verizon, LG and WalMart because of the

hassle I have had with this phone.
