I bought a full price iPhone 4s and when I got it i checked with Verizon to be sure it is not locked and the representative assured it is not locked and I can use it internationally. Now I'm abroad and the phone said it is locked to a different carrier. I cannot call verizon to unlock it, How can I take care of this as soon as possible through emails and internet ( I have the IMEI/MEID number)
