Cannot call out?!

I have an iPhone 5c. I have not been able to call out from it all day. I can go on the internet, send text messages, and receive calls. It just wont let me hit the send button, click on phone numbers or even use Siri to call people. My dad has Verizon and he said his phone is working, he has an Android phone. Is this just an iPhone issue? How do I fix it?

Thanks for the info. There are no reports of any troubles in the zip code that you provided. It appears to be specific to your device rather than network. Have you added anything new to the phone recently? The next step I would recommend taking would be to reset your network settings;
