1 GB additional data not applied to account

Dear VZWSupport,

I ordered a iPhone6 on 9/22/14 and received it on 10/13/14.

My order confirmation email states that I will get 1 additional GB of data free for two years but my data allotment doesn't show the additional GB.

Two days ago I called and was told that an email will be sent to fix this issue.

Please look into this and advise when I can expect this to be corrected.

Try @VZWsupport on twitter. It took me a few weeks and about 26 messages but it was all taken care of. Leena did an awesome job of getting this issue resolved for me. Good luck!

I had this same problem. It took about 3 weeks, but I finally got a support person who was willing and able to get me the additional 2GB (two phones) I was expecting.

Keep trying. Someone will help eventually.
